Nope. Non-starter. You can’t just declare a GJ. 6 states allow petitions to create them, but I see nothing in the Federal info so far that allows for anything except court-convened GJs for trials of “capital and infamous crimes.”
I’d love to be wrong, but IMO this FGJ is a (possibly valuable) publicity stunt. It will have NONE of the powers granted by the Constitution, SCOTUS, or legislation, and certainly cannot subpoeana.

What are your credentials? This is being overseen by some of the most brilliant contitutuional lawyers. Do you know something they don’t? If so, some enlightenment other than inuendo would be appreciated.
